This is an excellent opportunity to join a global Lloyds broker who are leaders in their field.This role will support the team to deliver an excellent and comprehensive service in the administration of new business, renewal and mid-term changes of Treaty Reinsurance for specific clients. The successful candidate will also have exposure to clients and markets to help manage all aspects of the placing and running of Treaties across predominately North American Wholesale business.What will you be doing?

Reviews client documentation to ensure that information presented is sufficiently comprehensive/accurate to support the quoting processPrepares or checks market presentationsProduces high quality and compliant Market Reform ContractsLiaises with clients and ensures client queries are resolvedResponds to market and third party queries as appropriateA conduit between the Broking and Technical Processing Teams as required, including provision of accurate handover documentation for processingMonitoring of premium payments and meeting premium due datesEnsures up to date records are maintained at all times on the Company systemKnows when to seek guidance from senior members of the teamCollates and communicates client requirements to ensure appropriate marketing of the riskDevelops good relationships with markets and clientsWorks within agreed parameters and uses relevant systems to ensure documentation /communications adhere to company procedure / compliance requirementsMaintains appropriate client files, and oversees the prompt and accurate production of documentation to best meet client, company and regulatory requirementsStrives to provide quality and excellence in line with company processWe are looking for someone who has:

Experience preferably in Treaty ReinsuranceSuitable candidates are likely to have had previous experience of working with Brokers and supporting the placement process, includingKnowledge of Market Reform Contract productionUnderstanding of Treaty Clauses and workings of TreatiesWorking collaboratively with Technical Processing Team to ensure seamless end to end service to our Clients and MarketsCompetent IT skills, including but not limited to Microsoft Word, Excel and OutlookGood communication and interpersonal skills including, written, verbal and face to faceWhat do we offer in return?
