Job Title: US Treaty Broker Support (non-marine)Location: London/Hybrid (Typically 2/3 days in the office)Salary: Varied - from £60k - £100k depending on experienceType: Full time - PermanentWe are looking for a talented individual to join our US Treaty Team as an experienced Broker Support Specialist. This position is based in London and operates in a hybrid model, requiring at least 2 days a week in the office.As a Broker Support Specialist, you will have the opportunity to enhance your broking support skills while working with our US clients. You will play a vital role in our team by coordinating placement support activities and delivering proactive, high-value assistance.Responsibilities

Assist in reviewing client renewal information.Draft slips and endorsements.Initiate the contract drafting process, including updates and the production of final contract documentation.Support brokers in preparing submissions, compliance and regulation etc.Track the placement status of assigned accounts and update information accordingly.Dealing with clients and reinsurers directly, completing all documentationRespond to client requests for information, including reinsurer details, financial reports, and industry issues.Qualifications

Required:Minimum 2 years experience with US treaty either from the broking or the carrier sideAbility to work in the London office at least 2 days / week
