We’re looking for an experienced Procurement Contracts Officer to support high-profile residential development and asset management projects. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a mission-led organisation delivering real social value through high-quality housing.

You’ll take ownership of:

• End-to-end procurement processes across construction and consultancy

• Drafting, reviewing, and managing supplier contracts

• Building strong supplier relationships and ensuring compliance

• Identifying opportunities to improve value, timelines, and performance

We’re keen to hear from candidates who:

• Have proven procurement experience in housing, construction, or similar sectors

• Are confident in contract negotiation and supplier management

• Are working towards or hold CIPS Level 4 (or equivalent)

• Bring a collaborative, proactive, and commercially focused mindset
