Assistant General Manager - High-End Bar and Restaurant

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Assistant General Manager (AGM) who is passionate about managing high-end hospitality environments and delivering outstanding customer service.

Day-to-day of the role:

Oversee the daily operations of the bar and restaurant, ensuring smooth and efficient service.Maintain high standards of food quality and service to meet customer expectations.Manage and train staff to uphold our service standards and enhance customer satisfaction.Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to ensure a positive dining experience.Assist in inventory management and ordering supplies to ensure the bar and restaurant are well-stocked.Collaborate with the General Manager to implement effective business strategies and improve service delivery.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Proven experience in managing high-end bars and restaurants.Strong leadership and management skills, capable of motivating and leading a team.Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with a focus on customer service.Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.Must have eligibility to work in the UK.
