The Works

As General Manager, you’ll be the driving force behind Scotts Greenock. From overseeing day-to-day operations to leading a high-performing team, you’ll set the tone and standards for a truly exceptional guest experience. You’ll also be responsible for venue performance, team development, and keeping our culture strong, positive, and buzzing.

In This Role, You’ll

Take full ownership of the venue - from guest experience to financial performanceLead, inspire, and develop a passionate front and back of house teamChampion Buzzworks values and create a positive, inclusive working environmentDrive revenue and profitability through smart planning and exceptional serviceEnsure the highest standards of safety, compliance, and quality are upheldHandle challenges with confidence, professionalism, and a guest-first mindsetWork closely with Area Managers and Support Teams to deliver results and share success

A confident leader with proven experience managing a high-volume venueGuest obsessed, always going the extra mile to make people feel greatFinancially savvy - comfortable with budgets, forecasting, and hitting KPIsCalm under pressure and creative in solving problemsA team builder with a genuine passion for people, service, and standardsAdaptable, positive, and focused on continual improvement
