**Join our dynamic Technology team**customer-focused **Service Desk Analyst** to join our dynamic IT team on a **12-month Fixed Term Contract****About the role**As a key member of our Service Desk team, you’ll be the first point of contact for IT-related queries, ensuring timely and effective resolution of incidents and service requests.
