CarmcichaelUK are seeking a Quantity Surveyor to join us on a Tier 1 delivery Project in Luton on various highways projects. You will be working with the Projects Commercial team. Ideally the candidate would have experience working on highways for a main contractors but other civils industries would be considered. Please see below key attributes for the role. Subcontract Management including drafting and agreeing subcontracts as well as assessing and certifying AfPs. Cost Management Site Measurement experience, Estimating, Quantity Take-offs etc. Familiar with Method of Measurement, SORs.
