You''ll play a key role in cost control, procurement, and commercial reporting, ensuring profitability and compliance across all stages of project delivery.Key Responsibilities:Oversee all commercial aspects of allocated projectsPrepare valuations, variations, cost reports, and final accountsWork closely with project teams to ensure accurate forecasting and budgetingProcure subcontractor packages and manage ongoing commercial relationshipsIdentify and mitigate commercial risks throughout the project lifecycleAttend progress and client meetings as requiredSkills and Experience Required:5 years'' experience in Quantity Surveying within groundworks, RC frame, or infrastructure sectorsBackground working with either main or subcontractorsExcellent negotiation and communication skillsHighly organised with strong attention to detailSelf-driven and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneouslyBenefits Package:Salar
