My client is looking for a Quantity Surveyor to join their growing team. YOU MUST LIVE WITHIN 30 MINUTES OF OXFORD CITY CENTRE Experience of working on projects up to 1m- 10m Competent with the JCT suite of contracts and workable knowledge of NEC contract forms Experience in high end or super prime residential buildings Experience of listed buildings or conservation or heritage projects Had exposure to or led two stage procurement routes Ideally experienced in both JCT and NEC forms of contract Degree in Quantity Surveying
