Direct message the job poster from AnnapurnaPayroll Manager– Global Scope, Real ImpactLondon (Hammersmith) | Hybrid (3 days office) | Full-time or 4-day weekWe’re looking for a Payroll Manager who thrives on precision, loves a challenge, and can bring structure and efficiency to complex, global reward operations.This is your chance to run payroll and benefits for a truly international team – from London to Singapore – while shaping processes that make a difference for every colleague in our business.You’ll report to our Chief People Officer, work closely with our Finance Director, and be part of a centralised reward function that operates across multiple borders and cultures.What you’ll be doing
Own our global payroll – UK, Canada, Australia, Spain, Austria, France, Italy, USA, Singapore, and more – using platforms like Papaya, Deel, Justworks, and IRIS.Stay ahead of legislation – guiding local payroll compliance changes and ensuring smooth transitions.Manage reward cycles – from Annual Salary Review to quarterly bonus pool reporting and accurate bonus processing.Lead our share schemes – including LTIP and SAYE management, data accuracy, nominations, launches, and vesting.Oversee benefits – flexible benefits platforms, PMI, pensions, loans, renewals, and taxable benefit reporting.Keep us on budget – delivering real-time payroll vs. budget reports and quarterly analysis with Finance.What you’ll bring
