Your new role This is a standalone HR Manager role which is responsible for end-to-end HR matters, from hiring, performance management, stakeholder management and all the fun things like arranging office socials! Managing recruitment across 6 locations Employee relations and performance management Annual budget and reporting for HR Supporting company-wide legislation changes, updating policies Management of employee records on HRIS Onboarding and offboarding of staff What you''ll need to succeed You will be supporting 5 directors on their day-to-day HR operations, from annual pay reviews, through to coaching managers on all HR matters such as performance management and development.
