This is an exciting time to contribute to a period of strategic transformation and operational improvement, also offering the opportunity to make a real impact across a diverse group of schools.Your New RoleAs Regional HR Manager, you will provide comprehensive HR/ER support across a group of academies in West Yorkshire (travel 2/3 times a week for meetings - potentially less dependent on workload - flexibility on diary management), working closely with headteachers and senior leaders.You''ll be responsible for:Managing employee relations cases (low level to complex)Leading on TUPE processes.Advising on HR policy and best practice across multiple sites.Supporting EDI and staff engagement initiatives.HR Project Support.
