This particular position would be looking after existing clients of one of their leading business intelligence platforms. They offer strong training and fast-track development for all new talent and they have continued to grow throughout the pandemic.The Role of Customer Success SpecialistAs Customer Success Specialist you would be joining a leading brand which provides marketers with inspiration, case study examples and insights which are all designed to help them to deliver more creative marketing campaigns and ideas. They will pay an annual subscription and will be provided with lots of case studies so the ideas which they can learn and be inspired by, are real life examples which have worked for different audiences.Your role would be to look after around 120 accounts which will comprise of marketers across different marketing and creative agencies, brands and media owners.The key purpose of your role would be 2-fold:Ensure that your clients are using the platform as much as possible, and gaining the most amount of value out of the case studies, insights and analysis, as well as being made aware of new content uploaded to the platform.Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling your clients into additional solutions - and then passing those opportunities on to the Account Management Team to explore further.Requirements for this Customer Success Specialist roleSomeone outgoing, passionate and positive mindedQuite polished and articulateClient facingEager to learn and quick to pick up new knowledgeInterest in advertising/marketingFresh graduate or someone with experience in operations, sales etcNot afraid to try something but then ask for help if they neededIf you think that you could be the Customer Success Specialist which our client is looking for, please apply.
