Head of Customer Success

Overview
Head of Customer Success at Ravio. Lead the Customer Success team, owning the direction, development and growth of the Customer Success function. Responsible for team KPIs including revenue targets and customer health metrics, and for how those KPIs are met—whether by developing new campaigns, influencing the product roadmap, or determining team strategy. Work closely with product and marketing teams and provide input into the wider commercial direction.Responsibilities
Hold line management of the Customer Success Managers with a focus on coaching, development and leadership within the team.Achieve and manage KPIs related to revenue targets and customer health metrics; determine how these are met through campaigns, product influence, and team strategy.Develop processes, test new ideas, and shape the CSM function in collaboration with RevOps and the wider commercial leadership team.Collaborate with product and marketing to align on customer outcomes and strategic direction.Qualifications and Experience
Prior SaaS Customer Success experience required; experience in HR tech is a bonus.Your Key Skills
Excellent line management—empathetic, coaching-focused leadership while providing clear direction.Commercial focus with comfort negotiating and balancing customer and business needs.CSM best practices and readiness to apply learnings to a new environment.Hands-on in developing processes and working with RevOps and the broader team to shape commercial operations.Strong communication skills across internal teams and with customers, creating positive experiences for Ravio clients.What you’ll get

Salary £80,000 - £109,000 (OTE £100,000 - £136,250).Company equity for all employees.37 days paid time off (25 days holiday + 4 wellness days + 8 public holidays).Up to 6% pension matching.£60 per month wellness allowance.£500 per year Learning and Development budget.Private healthcare cover with AXA.Personal travel insurance and income protection insurance.16 weeks fully paid birthing parent leave, followed by 4 weeks at 50% pay and 8 weeks for non-birthing parent.Additional information
