We run the world''s largest independent consumer review platform and are expanding our Account Management function in London to support customer success after the sale.Our Customer Success team plays a crucial role in Trustpilot’s commitment to building trust and transparency between consumers and businesses around the world. The team is responsible for the post-sale customer journey, ensuring customers are satisfied and derive value from Trustpilot’s products. In this role, you will be responsible for the customer retention of our UK-based customers and act as a trusted advisor, developing long-term relationships and success plans for customers.What You''ll Be Doing

Establishing relationships with all customers to ensure overall satisfaction with Trustpilot products, strengthen adoption, and support contract renewal.Provide a premium experience by understanding customers'' business objectives and KPIs, and ensuring Trustpilot delivers against them.Share best practice examples that drive ROI.Position Trustpilot as the value-adding partner in targeted accounts.Act as a trusted adviser, advocating client needs to internal support, product, engineering and sales teams.Upsell Trustpilot’s products and identify new revenue opportunities.Increase renewal rates and reduce churn.Map accounts to identify cross-sell opportunities across the business.Influence lifetime value through higher product adoption, customer satisfaction and health scores.Onboard clients and ensure full utilization of their paid subscription.Who You Are

Experience managing a large portfolio of Mid-Market customer accounts with a focus on renewal/retention.Ideally 2+ years in account management.Demonstrated experience with subscription-based renewal models.Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with multiple stakeholders.Excellent communication and negotiation skills.Adept at uncovering new revenue opportunities.Strong ability to handle tough conversations professionally and with solutions in mind.Experience selling in a competitive environment.What’s In It For You
