You will be a part of the quality assurance team for a large enterprise platform used by Fortune 500 organizations. Skills we are looking for:

At least 1-2 years of experience in IT system administration area.Knowledge of network technologies.Administration of desktops and servers operating systems (Windows, MacOS, Linux).Experience with on-premises Microsoft Active Directory, Microsoft Exchange Server, Microsoft SQL.Experience with Cloud technologies and SaaS solutions (knowledge of Microsoft Azure/O365/Teams/SharePoint and certifications in this area will be a big plus).Experience with VMware virtualization technologies is a plus.Implementation of processes related to onboarding and offboarding of users.At least intermediate written and spoken English.Good written and verbal communication skills.Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.Ability to troubleshoot and solve critical problems independently.Location: Prague and the ability to work in the office.

Responsibilities:

Provide the required daily support, maintenance, and management of servers and desktops.Provide general desktop and laptop hardware and software support to the personnel in Prague office.Support internal infrastructure, virtual environments, virus and malware protection, backup services, etc.Manage user accounts for internal applications and services.
