Reporting to the Business Planning Director, the Bid Manager will work closely with the London Projects Director and Business Development Director to take responsibility for all work winning activity. The Bid Manager will lead and coordinate bid teams, including subject matter experts, engineering specialists, project managers, bid writers and cost engineers to produce written and financial submissions that reflect our experience and expertise, differentiate us from our competitors and ensure we meet our turnover and profit targets. They will manage the full bid lifecycle for all opportunities, ensuring alignment with our working winning and internal governance procedures.
