The design agency are seeking a bid manager to support the design teams and work closely with the partners for new business opportunitiesClient DetailsThe company are based in East London and are architects, landscape architects, planners, masterplanners, interior designers, graphic designers, illustratorsDescriptionOversee the entire bid/tender processLead and coordinate bid launches, review and briefing meetings with our design teams.Manage bid teams, ensuring seamless coordination between internal and external stakeholdersMonitor and distribute tender opportunitiesCollaborate with project leads to develop clear, compelling win strategies for each bidManage online procurement portalEnsure all internal quality reviews and compliance checksEnsure bids submitted are compliant and commercially soundProfile Relevant Degree or other education/training certificate. Extensive experience in a bid-related role, ideally within a mid-to-large-scale architectural design studio. Experience in developing bid strategies, including pricing and resource allocation. Expert in bid management and creative writing for bids. Experience in managing the full bid process from decision to outcome.
