Employment Lawyer

to join its in-house employment function. This is a permanent role based in London with a global remit, offering exposure to high-profile projects and a broad range of advisory work.The RoleYou will play a key part in advising the business on complex employment matters, providing pragmatic, solutions-focused guidance to senior stakeholders. The role will involve:Advising on international restructurings, outsourcing projects, and transactional support (including TUPE).Handling employee relations cases, such as grievance, disciplinary, performance, and investigations.Managing litigation, settlements, and working with external counsel.Drafting and updating policies, contracts, and frameworks.Delivering training and updates to HR and the wider business.Acting as a trusted adviser to HR, Legal, and business leaders across multiple jurisdictions.About YouQualified employment lawyer with
