CK Group are recruiting for a HR Manager to join a company in the pharmaceutical industry on a contract basis for 12 months. Salary: 26.53- 34.60 per hour PAYE HR Manager Role:Identify opportunities and lead on initiatives to automate processes and leverage technology to achieve operational efficiencies.Lead on data management, dashboards, reporting and analytics, including headcount for the purposes of the annual Business Planning cycle.Lead on process improvement and policy updates, in alignment with the external context.Develop comms, information and training materials to support employee and manager self-service.Conduct workplace investigations.Your Background:Educated to degree level or equivalent experienceProven experience of process design and improvement in an HR contextExperience of delivering HR services and solutions in a large global organisationExperience of providing ER support for complex issues to multiple and senior stakeholdersExperience with Power BI or other data analytics toolsCIPD qualified would be an advantageCompany: Our client is one of the largest pharmaceutical companies in the world.
