Commercial Property Solicitor (6+ Years PQE)

to join their team. This role offers the opportunity to work on

high-value transactions

and engage with sophisticated clients across diverse sectors.Key ResponsibilitiesManaging

high-value and complex commercial property transactions , including acquisitions, disposals, and asset management

Advising

high-net-worth individuals, corporate entities, and investors

on property investments and development projects

Handling lease negotiations, landlord-tenant matters, and strategic estate planning

Providing legal expertise on secured lending and property finance matters

Liaising with financial institutions, developers, and investors to deliver tailored legal solutions

Keeping up to date with evolving commercial property legislation and market trends

Mentoring junior solicitors and contributing to the firm’s continued growth

RequirementsMinimum 6 years PQE

in commercial property law

Extensive experience handling

complex and high-net-worth property transactions

Strong understanding of

London’s commercial property market

Proven ability to work autonomously on high-value cases

Excellent communication, negotiation, and client relationship skills

Commercial awareness and ability to provide strategic legal advice

Experience working within a

Legal 500 or boutique firm

(preferred but not essential)
