The business is seeking a dedicated and experienced Property Solicitor with deep expertise in residential real estate, residential litigation, commercial real estate, and property management. This role involves providing legal guidance, managing complex transactions, and ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and regulations. Reporting to the Chief Legal Officer, the successful candidate will take ownership of their role and help shape the residential team''s success while being supported by a legal assistant.Key responsibilities include providing legal advice on property transactions, managing litigation cases, and handling contracts, leases, and legal documents. A strong emphasis is placed on compliance and aligning activities with relevant laws, regulations, and best practices.The successful candidate will collaborate with external counsel and internal stakeholders to protect the company''s interests, contribute to policy development, and improve processes. They will prepare detailed updates for senior management and proactively identify opportunities for legal and operational improvements.Requirements
