Commercial Manager

Description The Commercialisation Manager will lead and drive commercial strategy across Public Protection and Integrated Enforcement services. This strategic leadership role is key to identifying, developing, and delivering new income-generating opportunities, partnerships, and innovative service models that support the sustainability and financial growth ambitions, while enhancing the safety and well-being of residents. Responsibility Develop and execute a comprehensive commercial strategy and delivery plan to achieve significant income growth across community safety, integrated enforcement, and regulatory services. Identify and capitalise on commercial opportunities in areas such as integrated enforcement and ASB services, CCTV services and infrastructure, and regulatory services, including street trading and markets. Qualification Essential GCSE Grade (or equivalent) in English Language and Mathematics. Educated to degree level or equivalent experience in business, public administration, or a related field. Postgraduate qualification in business management, commercial strategy (e.g. MBA, ILM), or regulatory service discipline Advanced Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook), social media and CRM. Successful candidates will have: Technical knowledge and in-depth understanding of commercial strategy development and delivery planning within a public sector context
