Looking for 1 x Franchise Strategy Manager / Commercial Manager Our client, a prominent player in the rail industry, is seeking a dynamic and commercially astute Contracts Manager - Franchise Strategy Manager to join their team on a permanent basis. This role is situated in Canary Wharf with a hybrid working model.Key Responsibilities:Overseeing franchise obligations and ensuring compliance throughout the contractual period.Managing risk registers and implementing effective risk management strategies.Leading commercial negotiations and managing stakeholder relationships.Identifying and mitigating potential penalties by ensuring timely and effective fulfilment of contractual obligations.Collaborating with teams to manage and deliver complex projects within the rail or bus industries.Evaluating contract performance and ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.Providing insightful commercial and project management expertise.Preparing and presenting detailed reports on contract status, risks, and financial performance.Job Requirements:Experience as a Contracts Manager or Commercial Manager within the procurement and supply chain sectors, especially in rail or bus industries.Understanding of franchise management and compliance, particularly within the TFL or bus operator framework.Impressive commercial acumen coupled with strong project management skills.Proficiency in reading and interpreting contracts to ensure precise execution.Solid risk management capabilities, including
