3rd Line IT Support/Projects Engineer

We are seeking a Senior IT Engineer to join our client''s expanding team. This position will suit an experienced Support professional who enjoys working in a varied day-to-day role which can include complex technology challenges/escalations, Support resource allocation/Coordination/Leadership, Project Management etc Key Responsibilities: Hands-on 3rd Line Technical Support - must be able to understand problems, resolve them, and perform root cause analysis Escalation point for the 2nd line Service Desk team Technical Account Management Lead project planning, execution, monitoring, and closing activities to ensure project success. Provide technical leadership and guidance to project team members and vendors. Collaborate with stakeholders to define project objectives, scope, and deliverables. Create project plans, schedules, and budgets, and monitor project progress against these baselines. Manage project risks and issues, and implement corrective actions to mitigate them. Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet quality standards. Manage project communications, including status reporting, stakeholder updates, and project documentation. Requirements: Excellent technical support skills with experience in Microsoft Office 365, Azure, SharePoint etc. Solid IT Support with commercial 3rd line experience.
