IT Support Specialist – Contract • ASAP start • Ongoing • Based near London Bridge • On-site 5 days per week • £300 - £350/day • 9am – 5pmAn exciting opportunity to join a fast-growing, innovative tech company. Provide high-touch IT support to employees, troubleshooting hardware, software, networking, and A/V issuesInstall, configure, and maintain laptops, peripherals, and collaboration toolsManage SaaS access requests and administer core platforms, including SSO, device management, and enterprise applicationsDocument IT policies, troubleshooting guides, and user instructions to enhance self-service supportIdentify recurring issues and recommend process or automation improvementsContribute to IT projects from research through implementationBuild trust with senior and non-technical stakeholders by simplifying complex IT conceptsWho you are

1–2 years of IT experience in a customer-facing support roleSkilled in supporting both macOS and WindowsExperienced with Okta and/or other enterprise SaaS tools and systems (e.g., SSO, device management, collaboration platforms)Strong understanding of networking fundamentals (WiFi, LAN, WAN, DHCP, DNS)Analytical, resourceful, and solution-oriented with excellent troubleshooting skillsPersonable, patient, and confident in helping non-technical colleaguesAble to manage multiple priorities and conversations simultaneouslyProactive, self-motivated, and comfortable taking ownership of issuesIf you’re looking for a fast-paced, hands-on IT role where you can make a real impact and work with cutting-edge technology, please do apply.REF: AA123156Tiger is B Corp Certified.
