Design and test

human rating and semi-automated evaluation methods

for groundbreaking AI models.Run

in-house studies

to measure how well AI-generated images and videos align with human expectations.Work hand-in-hand with world-class engineers and researchers to

spot model gaps

and drive improvements.Mine and prepare

high-value datasets

that will power the next wave of generative AI training.Partner with operations teams to

scale and audit evaluation protocols

across global teams.What Makes You a Great Fit

You’re curious, detail-oriented, and love

finding patterns others miss .You’re comfortable running experiments and know how to turn data into actionable insights.You bring a foundation in

Python, SQL, and Unix , with an interest in computer vision and generative models.You enjoy collaborating with engineers and researchers, while also being confident working independently.What You’ll Bring

Degree or training in

Computer Science, Engineering, Physics, Bioinformatics, or related STEM field .Bonus if you’ve worked in
