The candidate should have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, experience in data analysis with latest trends and tools, and be proactive and versatile with minimal supervision. Knowledge of current data-related policies and compliance requirements is important. Candidates should have experience using various tools for data analysis and producing reports. Strong communication skills, quick learning ability, and self-motivation are desirable.Salary £28K - £36K depending on experience/qualification, plus pension and 24 days holiday per annum; sick pay. This is a hybrid model (mostly remote work anywhere in the UK) with travel on a need basis.Responsibilities
Identify data sources to meet the organisation\''s requirements, using evidence-based decision making to establish rationale for inclusion and exclusion of various data sets and models.Liaise with the client and colleagues from other areas of the organisation to establish reporting needs and deliver insightful and accurate information.Collect, compile and, if needed, cleanse data, solving any problems that arise, from a range of internal and external systems.Produce performance dashboards and reports in the Visualisation and Model Building Phase.Support the organisation by maintaining and developing reports for analysis to aid with decisions, and adhere to organisational policy/legislation.Produce a range of standard and nonstandard statistical and data analysis reports in the Model Building phase.Identify, analyse, and interpret trends or patterns in data sets.Draw conclusions and recommend an appropriate response, offering guidance or interpretation to aid understanding of the data.Summarise and present the results of data analysis to a range of stakeholders, making recommendations.Provide regular reports and analysis to different management or leadership teams, ensuring data is used and represented ethically in line with relevant legislation (e.g. GDPR, Privacy by Design).Ensure data is appropriately stored and archived in line with relevant legislation (e.g. GDPR).Practice continuous self-learning to keep up to date with technological developments and take responsibility for own professional development.Produce reports with Power BI, Office 365 and other latest data analysis tools.Qualifications
Degree level qualification or NVQ Level 6 or above (preferably a master\''s degree in the UK or equivalent) with experience.Sound analytical and problem-solving skills, experience in data analysis with latest trend and tools.Proactive and versatile team player able to undertake Data Analysis work with minimal supervision.Knowledge of latest data-related policies and compliance requirements in line with current regulations.Experience using various tools for data analysis and producing reports, with strong communication skills.Benefits
