Location: Herefordshire (Hybrid - schools, office and remote working)Salary: £ hours per week, term time + 4 weeks)Benefits: Flexible working, supportive team environment, professional developmentOur client, a leading organisation supporting the education sector, is hiring an HR Advisor to provide hands-on HR support to schools and academies.This role offers the opportunity to work closely with school leaders on real-time people challenges, building your experience while making a meaningful impact across education settings.This is a visible, on-site role - ideal for someone who enjoys variety, face-to-face interaction and developing their HR expertise in a practical environment.What you''ll doAdvise schools and academies on day-to-day HR and employee relations mattersSupport casework including disciplinary, grievance, capability, absence and redundancyAttend meetings in schools, including formal hearings and preparatory discussionsAct as investigating officer, producing reports and recommendationsSupport the development and implementation of HR policies and proceduresWork with trade unions as part of formal processesContribute to change management and consultation activityDeliver or support HR training sessionsProvide advice via phone, Teams, email and in person as requiredYou''ll work closely with Senior HR Advisors and HR Managers, gaining support while developing your ability to handle increasingly complex casework.What we''re looking forExperience advising on employee rel
