Location: Central London (Fitzrovia) Salary: £38,000 - £40,000 per annum Contract: Permanent, full-time Start date: ASAP Closing Date: Wednesday 22nd October 2025 at 11.59pm About the role As Operations and Office Manager, you''ll lead the day-to-day management of the office, oversee administrative systems, and act as the key point of contact for operational matters. You''ll work closely with senior leadership to ensure compliance, effective coordination, and strong relationships with partners, suppliers, and other stakeholders. You''ll also take responsibility for HR and recruitment support, financial administration, and charity compliance, making sure policies, contracts, and records are maintained to the highest standards. Key responsibilities include: Overseeing the day-to-day running and initial set-up of the office, working closely with our architects, Counterspace. Acting as the first point of contact for operational queries and supporting the senior leadership team. Managing contracts, procurement, and supplier relationships, ensuring all deliverables and payments are tracked. Providing HR support across recruitment, onboarding, and
