The Role: Managing end-to-end airfreight operations - export and import.Handling bookings, documentation, customs entries, and job files with accuracy and speed.Building relationships with customers, airlines, and overseas partners to deliver outstanding service.Preparing quotes and rate requests, ensuring pricing is competitive and commercially sound.Working hand-in-hand with sales to convert inquiries into business.Keeping everything compliant, organised, and customer-focused. From You?
