As Head Waiter, youll lead by example on the floor

bringing confidence, warmth, and energy to every service. Youll oversee smooth daily operations, support the FOH team, and ensure every guest leaves with a memorable experience.About You:

Background in high-end or high-volume restaurants (Michelin experience a plus)

Strong leadership and communication skills

Outgoing personality with a positive, guest-first approach

Passion for Greek cuisine and hospitality

Reliable, organised, and calm under pressure
