A glamorous restaurant inspired by 1930s Shanghai, offering bold Asian flavours and stylish, high-energy surroundings.As a Head Waiter/Waitress, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring an exceptional guest experience. Overseeing service flow, youll support and guide the front-of-house team, coordinate order taking, and maintain smooth communication between the floor and the kitchen.
