This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with solid ER experience and excellent communication skills to join a well-established organisation that values professionalism, pragmatism, and strong HR partnerships.- You must live between London and Essex to applyThe role will mainly work with the area between London and Essex, but will require some national travel periodicallyKey Responsibilities:Provide expert telephone and written HR advice to line managers across all business areasLead on complex and serious conduct, capability, and employee relations mattersSupport and coach managers through investigations, hearings, and appealsDraft, review and quality-check investigation reports and HR-related correspondenceAttend and support face-to-face meetings at nationwide sites where necessaryMaintain accurate case notes and update the Case Management System (CMS)Help to embed strong HR practice across the business through education and guidanceWhat We re Looking For:Proven experience managing complex HR/ER cases in a fast-moving, multi-site environmentUp-to-date knowledge of UK employment lawStrong communication and coaching skills, with the confid
