Case Manager - Multiple Vacancies

The HCPC is seeking experienced Case managers who genuinely care about protecting the public and upholding regulatory standards across healthcare to join their Fitness to Practise team. We currently have a number of Permanent and Fixed term roles that we are recruiting to and we are particularly interested in applicants with strong investigating, communication and organisational skillsPurpose and Main DutiesThis is a critical role within the Fitness to Practise team, where our Case Managers gather and assess information to ensure that the right regulatory action is taken to manage any risk to public protection. Our colleagues need to be empathetic and aware of our aim of being a compassionate regulator in all of our interactions. The role operates in a highly pressurised and collaborative environment where individuals contribute to the team. However, Case Managers are also personally responsible for their own case work and for maintaining high standards of performance and professional practice, meeting challenging objectives around quantity, quality, timeliness, impact and customer service. Case Managers are expected to operate with minimal guidance and supervision, demonstrating a high degree of resilience and confidence in their work. As we receive high volumes of complaints, case managers are expected to demonstrate effective workload management skills and proportionate decision making.
