The RoleThe Site Agent will manage construction sites to ensure project delivery aligns with client objectives while maintaining standards of health and safety, quality, environmental impact, and cost control. Responsibilities include managing multiple projects, working closely with project managers, engineers, and surveyors to complete projects safely, efficiently, and to client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
Site management and safety oversight
Maximize contractual and commercial performance
Ensure project quality and safety standards
Develop and implement project plans and management strategies
Coordinate procurement and resources
Manage client and stakeholder relationships
Control costs and maximize project value
Maintain accurate site records and reports
Lead weekly site meetings
Key Skills and Experience
Management experience in construction, specifically in MEP packages or utilities
Knowledge of commercial and contractual aspects
Experience managing subcontractors and stakeholders
Strong MEP technology expertise
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Computer literacy
CSCS card
Desirable Skills
Experience at Heathrow Airport or critical areas
Experience in international organizations
Membership in an MEP professional institution
