OverviewAnderselite are currently recruiting on behalf of a leading civil engineering contractor for a Site Agent to be based on site in East London. The Site Agent will have overall responsibility for the successful delivery of various projects primarily in the civil engineering and water sectors managing them from award through to completion maintaining and maximising quality of service and profitability.

Responsibilities

Provide overall on-site leadership for the delivery of civil engineering and water sector projects from award through to completion, maintaining and maximising quality of service and profitability.

Requirements / Qualifications

Considerable experience in civil and water sectors as a Site Agent for a contractor, delivering projects in a highly regulated environment.

Working knowledge of NEC contract conditions, CDM regulations, Design Management, Programme and Risk Management and cost control including forecasting, actual cost, and value reporting.

Degree/HNC in Civil Engineering, or equivalent.
