Talent Acquisition Advisor 9 Month FTC Dartford Paying £35k + Car Allowance Our Dartford based client are looking for a Talent Acquisition Advisor to join them on a 9 month FTC. The position supports the Talent Acquisition function with a candidate focus and general support to smaller stakeholder groups. You would support hiring teams with coordination of active recruitment, supporting forward planning of pipelining talent. Responsibilities: The role will focus more on the candidate attraction, market intel and onboarding process with additional duties for stakeholder engagement. The position will work on pre-planning for projects, reactive recruitment and attraction methods.Advise on recruitment requirements, working with resource managers and hiring managers to identify and engage candidates.Utilise the existing database and job boards to proactively source candidates in a skill short market.Support resource managers on strategy, talent pooling, reactive recruitment and hiring campaignsCapture data on recruitment trends such as salary alignment, market intelligence, skills shortages, transferable skill sets and other useable data.Utilise the application tracking system to organise talent pools and select suitable applicants for positionsUnderstand the importance of diversity and inclusion and the company''s goals and actively be involved in DandI agendasScreen candidates against job description criteria, carry out initial phone screening and ensure the best match candidat
