You will be responsible for active sourcing through various resources, conducting interviews.Day-to-day of the role:Actively source candidates through job boards, pipelines etcConduct video and phone interviews and present qualified candidates to stakeholders.Ensure a smooth, efficient selection process and successful placements.Document recruiting activities and report key KPIs.Deliver an outstanding candidate and manager experience.Respond to hiring managers and candidates in a timely manner.Required Skills and Qualifications:Experience in manufacturing, engineering or multi-site industry.Strong passion for finding and hiring talent.Strong communication skills.Experience in in-house recruitment in a fast-paced environment.Competencies:Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.Ability to work with diverse stakeholders.Strong relationship-building skills with a focus on candidate and manager experience.Strong planning and organisational skills with a keen eye for detail.
