with Daily Guest Services: Support the smooth running of front desk operations, from check-in to check-out, ensuring a welcoming and efficient experience for all guests.Be
a Helpful Point of Contact: Respond to guest inquiries, special requests, and concerns in a professional, friendly, and timely manner.Provide
Exceptional Service: Welcome guests on arrival, confirm booking details, issue room keys, and share information about hotel facilities and services.Maintain
Safety Awareness: Follow safety and security procedures, reporting any concerns promptly to the appropriate team members.Work
