General Manager Live Out - 45k plus up to 100% bonus. We’re looking for a General Manager for the Grantley Arms in Wonersh, near Guildford. This pub is a community pub with a strong local reputation for food and service.

Responsibilities

Lead operations at the Grantley Arms, delivering premium hospitality and a people-focused service.

Manage the food and menu direction with autonomy within a framework; tailor offers to guests and drive business growth.

Decide on events and sales drivers, team uniform, recruitment, and marketing strategies.

Recruit, develop and manage the team to ensure exceptional customer service.
