Overview

Act as subject matter expert and adjudicator for escalated driver training issues, DriveCam incidents, and disputes. Develop, implement, and maintain national driving standards. Lead DriveCam review strategy and act as the final escalation point for complex or high-risk events. Own and evolve the Licence to Coach programme and upskill managers, DTAs, and frontline coaches. Monitor coaching effectiveness and support improvements through feedback and mentoring. Align all driver training to a national curriculum, including CPC, DVSA mock stops, and online sessions. Collaborate with Fleet, Health and Safety, and Operational teams to drive continuous improvement. Experience in driver training, coaching, and quality assurance.Strong knowledge of national driving standards and relevant regulatory requirements (CPC, DVSA).Proven ability to lead review processes, mentor staff, and drive continuous improvement.Excellent collaboration skills across cross-functional teams.Benefits
