Use this knowledge to constantly strive for ways to improve our brandFinancially responsible, ensuring not only business growth but financial growth of the site.Comfortable taking full autonomy of the site and reporting to the directorsSignificant experience with high end restaurants with an in-depth knowledge of the London dining sceneOpenings and project management experience of an operation on a similar scale is essentialThis is an incredibly creative and fast paced environment, so it is essential you have been working in a similar establishment with a minimum of 5 years’ experience.Qualifications / Experience
