Hr Advisor

HR Advisor We are partnered with an exceptional 4-18 school with over 150 staff, seeking an HR Advisor to work closely with their Bursar and lead on all operational HR matters such as employee relations, recruitment and onboarding, CPD, people metrics and embedding a proactive HR culture. They have an excellent support team who work closely with teaching colleagues to provide an inspiring learning environment for their pupils. A school with a long and rich history in empowering girls and young women, their HR function plays a critical role in empowering staff to be the best they can be. They have recently implemented a new HR system, outsourced payroll and are now looking to embed further HR procedures whilst also looking at how to make their school an even better place to work. This will be a combination of operational, project and development work to build a collaborative and impactful HR culture.
