We''re seeking an

HR Advisor - Resourcing

to join our HR Operations team. In this highly varied role, you''ll deliver an effective recruitment and resourcing service across the organisation, advising managers to ensure successful recruitment to a diverse range of vacancies, in line with Kew''s policies and best practice. Responsibilities include managing the flow of live recruitment, maintaining and developing our Applicant Tracking System, promoting inclusive recruitment practices, and developing our employer brand. With experience working in a resourcing role within an HR function and providing advice and guidance to managers, you''ll have demonstrable knowledge of relevant recruitment legislation and best practice, including right to work. To succeed in this role, you will need to be adept at building effective relationships and influencing others, with a proactive approach and the ability to manage a busy and varied workload effectively, in an environment of high-volume recruitment activity and changing priorities.Additional Information

Interviews are due to take place during w/c 6 October.
