The Role As Talent Acquisition Manager, you ll take ownership of the end-to-end recruitment strategy, driving scalable, data-led hiring processes across technology, product, and business operations. This is a strategic and hands-on role ideal for someone who can balance vision with execution. You ll work closely with senior stakeholders to understand workforce needs, build a high-performing recruitment team, and create an exceptional candidate and hiring manager experience. Key Responsibilities Develop and deliver the overall talent acquisition strategy aligned to business growth plans. Build, mentor, and manage a recruitment team capable of supporting rapid scaling across tech and business functions. Own and optimise the full recruitment lifecycle, from workforce planning to onboarding.
