Learning and Development Manager
We are supporting a leading performing arts institution, based in the heart of London, with their search for a new Learning and Development Manager.This is a permanent role paying £45,000 (though there may be some flexibility) and as part of their benefits package, they offer a range of discounts to shows, as well as access to rehearsals! Duties will include (but are not limited to): Line management of an LandD Coordinator Support the delivery of the Equality, Diversity and Inclusion StrategyLead on the identification of organisational, departmental and individual training and development needs, and design and manage a programme of activities to meet these in line with the available resourcesWork with the Senior HR Management Team to develop training Liaise with the Director of Operations and the Health and Safety team to deliver training solutions in response to identified health and safety training needsManage the design and delivery of induction activitiesPromote adoption of the 70:20:10 model of learning and development and encourage staff to take ownership of their own development beyond formal training Manage the selection of and relationships with external training providersManage and facilitate ongoing management development initiatives, including training, mentoring, coaching and action learningDesign and deliver in-house training programmesMonitor and report on the completion of mandatory and compliance trainingLead on the quality control and systematic evaluation o
