You will be responsible for supporting a team of seasoned property finance brokers who specialise in Bridging Finance, Development Finance and Commercial Mortgage solutions.This is a quality first, client focused brokerage built by experienced property professionals who genuinely understand development and structured finance.Experience required:Experience of managing bridging and development finance cases from enquiry to completionResearching and sourcing products Packaging complex deals (LTGDV, staged drawdowns, QS monitoring)Chasing lenders, valuers and solicitors to hit tight deadlinesSecuring DIPs quickly and progressing deals efficientlyAbility to work in a fast-paced specialist finance environmentUp to £50k Basic + Bonus + Benefits
