Key Responsibilities of the LandD Trainer: Collaborate with Head of LandD to implement a comprehensive LandD strategy aligned with the firm''s goals, identifying skills gaps and developing an innovative and engaging skills training programme tailored to the needs of employees.Build and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders to understand their training needs.Deliver high-quality skills training sessions, workshops, and seminars in-person and virtually.With help of subject matter experts, create and update training materials to form a library of resources to support ongoing learning initiatives.Collaborate with external training provider
