We are seeking a dedicated HR Advisor to join their Human Resources team and play a vital role in supporting LCM''s mission through excellent people management. You''ll provide professional HR advice and guidance to leaders and staff, ensuring all operational HR support is delivered to the highest standard while upholding LCM''s Christian values. This is an exciting opportunity to work collaboratively within a caring HR team, supporting everything from recruitment campaigns and case management to occupational health referrals and employee administration. You''ll help maintain and update HR systems, conduct exit interviews, and contribute to projects that enhance HR processes across the organisation.
